Hello guys,

Quite some time ago I wrote about PILAPT assessment which you can find it here.

Been getting a number of emails asking for the software itself.

I do not have a copy of that software, even I do, I doubt I can send it due to licensing issue.

If you wish to get the software, its possible to get it from cockpitweb.com. Might be pricey but that's the only web selling it, if I am not mistaken.

However, if you do know any websites similar to cockpitweb.com, do share with me please.

First Solo.

I still remember the day when my flying instructor cleared me for my first solo circuit, doubt I could ever forget that day for the rest of my life. Back then, I only had around 18 hours of flying time in that light aircraft, the worst part is my instructor did not even inform me that I'll be flying solo that day!! Well somehow, he does things differently from any other instructor but he's a very dedicated instructor. Anyways back to the day itself, like any other circuit sortie, I started off on ground with internal check, external check, pre-start up check, start up check, after start up check, power check and pre-take off check ( sounds like a whole lot of checks huh? ) then later taxy via taxyway delta to holding point delta for Runway 03 ( simply this means 'drive' the plane from the apron to the runway). Did a normal take off, rotated at 65 knots. Climb up to 1000ft and turn left for a left hand circuit. Funny thing about Malacca airport is that we turn crosswind at 1000ft unlike in any other airport around the world, turning into crosswind is done at 500ft. Finished off my first circuit with a surprisingly nice landing, you see the only problem stopping me from flying solo is my landings, had some difficulty in flaring (where the descent rate is reduced until the undercarriage touches the ground) Usually I'll flare too early or else too late, literally aiming for the ground and end up in a positive hard landing! I have no idea why but my flares on that day were good plus its a tailwind on that day ( easier to land in headwind condition ) So we continued flying circuits, did engine failure after take off, go around and simulated engine failure on take off. Everything was normal until after landing on the 3rd circuit, my instructor suddenly requested for holding point bravo, where crew change is usually done. I knew something was fishy that time, got a feeling he is clearing me for solo! True enough, he then asked me whether I want to fly solo. Fuhhh I was super duper extra excited & said YES immediatly! He then brief me a lil and got down from the plane, this is when everything is super quiet and I felt kinda nervous. It feels very awkward not having someone sitting beside you, especially since I've been flying with instructor all these while. Oh well, after some checks ( yes more checks ), I requested for circuits and landings using my instructor's call sign, Academy 27 with suffix Sierra, which means that its my first solo and ATC would pay extra attention to me incase *touchwood* anything happens! So there after I taxy on to the runway and took off, all by myself! I remember shouting like mad on upwind, super relieved that I was cleared for my first solo. My instructor is famous for clearing his students only after their landings and flying is almost perfect, he even wants us to know each and every aircraft's call sign in the circuit! Its good in a way but kinda hard for a newbie. After almost completing one circuit, everything was OKAY until at late downwind, I had difficulty having visual with traffic number one and I misjudged my approach height and had to dive for the runway. Touchdown was okay though just a lil bumpy, not bad for a newbie with tailwind landing =p Had to backtrack a bit to go back holding point delta to pick up my instructor and later taxy back to the apron.

I still cant think of a word to describe my feeling on that day, all I remember is I kept smilling the whole day after my first solo! =]

Photo time !

My first meal in Singapore. Moroccan food at Arab Street, the tea is a must try !

Headed back to my hostel to keep my bags & stuff after dinner. Just a 3 minutes walk from the Moroccan Restaurant. Very small i know, but it's comfortable and cheap. Toilets there are clean, wifi available, mamak stall nearby and 7 eleven is few shop lots away. The owner is super friendly and helpful, he happily recommended me a few makan shop when I called him up in the morning just to ask where to get good & cheap breakfast.

After that, Sis and I went sight seeing around city hall. Walk, walk, walk and did i mention walk?

I had my first Turkish Ice Cream that night, too bad an error occurred when I upload the video, so no video =/ Anyway, do search turkish ice cream on youtube.

Visited Universal Studios Singapore the next day. Before that I was at Vivo city in the MORNING cause my sister was late and that is the nearest mall from HarbourFront MRT station. Kinda disappointed cause a few main attractions at U.studios was closed for maintenance. Place was much smaller than I expected, nevertheless I had a lot fun there with my Sis.

Enchanted Airways. Its a roller coaster ride, wanted to upload the video where Sis and I screamed like mad but again error when uploading.

This is the ride that was closed! Of all days why close when I was there! =/

Goreng Pisang? $7.50

We left universal studios in the evening and walked around Sentosa, bought tickets for Songs of the Sea and waited for the show. It is a water show, a must watch if you happen to visit there. Tickets is $10 per person.

Day 3 - Window shopping day at Orchard Road! I cannot remember how many malls I walked that day, really too many to remember. So we walked and we walked. Oh yea, toilet at Paragon was awesome, very classy. I was sick of shopping malls, so we headed to little India. There's this shopping mall there, Mustafa Singapore I think. They have tons of stock of EVERYTHING. From Nike to Crocs, caps to shoes, chocolates, you name it they got it.

At night we took a taxi to Singapore Zoo for Night Safari. All the animals there are well taken care of unlike Taiping zoo where you can see featherless ostrich. Animal show was spectacular, it was so crowded even on weekdays!

Last day in Singapore - Sis showed me around her Uni, NUS. The campus was huge, they even have free shuttle bus to take you around. Canteen there was awesome, its like a food court in shopping malls. We went to China Town after breakfast at the canteen. Nothing much to talk about Chinatown. Other than I bought a multipurpose comb made out of Ox horn for my grandma. Why multipurpose? Cause you can use it to comb your hair, massage and to release heat from you body. LOL

Overall, I had a great time in Singapore with my Sister. Public transport there was superb, I move about very easily and fast. Oh yea forgot to mention, CCTV is everywhere. They come in all shapes and sizes, big small, round square, macam macam ada.

I travelled south to Melaka last two weeks for my pre-entry test. Sis then asked me to visit Singapore since its just 4 hours drive away from Melaka. I had nothing much to do after the test, so off I go to Singapore after two days in Melaka. The trip was fantastic even right from the start! and yes i mean it when I said right from the start. You see, my lovely sister asked me to bring her as many bottles of Herbalife ( protein powder ) as possible. My luggage was pretty empty so I brought T.E.N bottles and two boxes of tau-sar-pneh for her ! Here comes the interesting part, first the oh-so-honest bus driver told my dad that he will drive till Johor then another driver will continue the journey to Singapore. When we reach Johor, the driver told me that the other driver cannot make it. He then buy me another bus ticket and apologized. Apologize my ARSE, I had to carry two boxes of tau-sar-pneh, one back pack, and one huge luggage filled with TEN bottles of Herbalife to another bus. Plus I need to carry all those stuff up when reaching Johor Kastam and after that carry all of it down to wait for the bus. Best part is the bus was no where to be seen, most probably because I went to the public bus station. I did asked for direction but the guy was like YA YA SINI SINI BERATUR and there was no signage. So i line up there and took the public bus to Singapore without knowing that I was on a public bus, reached Singapore customs and brought ALL my stuff up again. Officers there with their moody looking face checked my passport and I proceed to scan my luggage. Here's the best part, I was asked to open up my luggage. The officers took out all the TEN bottles of Herbalife and took me to the customs office. There I was told that I need to declare all those stuff and I was like its for personal consumption and a few bottles is for my sister ! The officer then said it is an offense and i need to declare. He then asked me the price per bottle, I was kinda tulan at that time so i told him i have no idea, parents bought it in bulk. He then asked me to call my sister to check the price. So fine, used their phone to call my sister, ask her about the price and also where to meet her later! LOL spoke in hokkien so I guess that malay officer did not understand. After hanging up the phone, I told him that its like rm 60 per bottle. He and his colleague press the calculator, told me its 6% GST bla bla bla. I told them that its my first in Singapore when he asked. They then discuss discuss and told me that they WILL NOT charge me this time. Damn it wei, they wasted two hours of my life. So again I had to carry all my stuff down and waited for the bus. Guess what? I spotted the bus that took me from Johor bus station to Johor Customs. Luckily I still have the ticket with me so I need not pay again. Reached a bus station in Singapore which I have no idea where is it, so I got on a cab and headed to Arab street to meet my sister. What an experience right? did not want to write the lengthy story here but dad asked me to do so. So here it is, enjoy reading and laughing. PILAPT aka Psychomotor Test.

PILAPT is a computer based aptitude test which is designed to assess the key aptitude indicators that are an essential part of the skill set for an airline pilot. Test scores are calculated based on a combination of speed and accuracy. Below are the 5 tasks that you need to complete if you are invited to MAS psychomotor test.

1) Deviation Indicator.

It is a test of hand eye coordination. You need to control the vertical and horizontal line, keeping them centered on screen by using a joystick.

Controls :

Left = Left

Right = Right

Push up = Down

Pull down = Up

Comments : You MUST get used to the controls, play more FSX. The lines move very fast and they move constantly ! You will have 5 seconds before each round to align your lines to the center. There are 3 rounds for this task, each round lasts for 60 seconds.

2) Hands.

This task assesses information processing capabilities. You will be given an audio message to scan visual objects and declare how many of those objects meet that search message.

Example : Positive Left Square = Square on the left hand.

Negative Right Circle = Square on the right hand.

Comments : Total of 3 rounds in this test, time given will decrease each round. The first round is 8 seconds, if i am not mistaken. Listen to the audio message carefully, make sure that you understand the audio before starting the task. Do notice that the right leg is always pointing outwards. There will be three three men standing in four positions (will change for every round).

3) Patterns.

Patterns measure selective attention in a series of test that requires you to identify a target shape under timed condition amongst two squares of visual clutter.

Comments : Can't remember the number of rounds, but for each round you have 30 seconds to identify the shape. Pay attention to the diagonal PIXELS & ANGLE. The shapes are not rotated nor enlarged.

4) Concentration.

Designed to assess your dynamic attention by testing your ability to keep focus on a primary task while the conditions for that task are constantly changing. The primary task is to signal matches of colour and shape within a matrix in which the column are defined by colours and shapes define the rows.

Comments : Concentrate on the colour first, if it matches then check whether the shape is correct. To me, this is the easiest task ! I scored 10hits 2 miss in the first round and 11 hits 0 miss in the second round. MAKE SURE YOU CONCENTRATE & do not panic if you miss, just carry on !

5) Trax

It is a three dimensional pursuit tracking task that tests :

- hand eye coordination

- spatial awareness

Comments : Just need to get used to the controls, it is the same with the first task. I sucked at this, i think i scored badly in this and the first task. So no comments on this task =/

Anyway, I am still wondering. Does it mean that one cannot be a good pilot if he/she fails the psychomotor test? Those who are qualified, please do enlighten me.

There are a lot of haters every where, ok fine maybe not that many but there are a few of them reading and stalking my blog regularly. What do they do? Get updates from my blog and later give their nonsensical comment to their pathetic circle of friends. Then god knows what will they talk about but one thing is for sure, it's all negative stuffs.

C'mon I bet you have much better things to do in your life then to stalk people's social networking media. That is not the worst part, the worst part is to give negative comment about one's dream and backstabbing your friends. The world today is pretty small and you might land yourself in trouble if you keep on with you attitude.

So how do respond to their comments? I turn them into motivation to improve myself more and strive to be a better student and person as a whole, making sure that I will achieve my dream in the very near future.

and when that day comes, you haters will still be haters and achieve NOTHING in your life.

MAS Psychomotor.

Last Friday, I was invited to attend psychomotor test at MAS Simulator Building, Subang. It is my first time attending such test so naturally I was quite excited & nervous. Reached the building an hour earlier before my session on 1230 hrs. There were a lot of pilots there, can see from their tags even they are not wearing uniform. The building looks old but it is HUGE! Wait till you see the simulators, I think there are 3 Simulators inside there.

Everyone who enters the building need to register themselves and wear the tag above. After registering, I headed to Flight Training Center to wait for my session. Then I realized that I was there too early! Could not find anyone from my session. A short moment later, one of the MAS personnel came down and ask us to fill in some forms, I told her that my session is on 1230hrs, she then asked me to join the 1130 hrs session because they are short of one person. After filling up some forms, she lead us to the psychomotor room at lvl 2, on the way there you will walk pass 3 simulators! They look quite small in photos but in actual they are HUGE, almost the size of two small rooms.

After having our height checked, its time for psychomotor test!! It was harder than I expected especially the first and the last test where you need to use a joystick to control. Maybe just maybe I am not used to joysticks, should I start to play more games now? haha. The rest of the test was quite easy especially the colour and shapes. I left the room after 45 minutes and sadly I told that I did not make it. It is a good experience though ! Will blog about the test and tips on my next post, hopefully it will help other candidates.

As usual, I was watching tv this morning. After watching, I went on to check my mails and to my surprise I received an invitation letter from Malaysian Airlines to attend their psychomotor test! Have been waiting for that invitation letter for almost a month, 1 month and 2 days to be exact. Not sure how to explain how i felt at that time but I was super super super excited and happy. Bad thing is I have two tests to attend this month, one from MAS and another MFA. Hopefully, I will be able to ace them both ! Wish me luck people =]

I just realized that unlike Canon, Nikon doesn't provide free tethered shooting softwares for their DSLRs. But anyhow, I've found one reliable tethered shooting software for Nikon DSLRs (they do ask for donations) which runs on Mac OS. I din't search for windows OS, however feel free to share with me if you know any reliable ones.

This software supports many range of Nikon DSLRs.

BNI Networking Week.

Attended the BNI International Networking Week at Red Rock Hotel this morning. BNI is a networking organization, where members can share their business ideas, exchange business contact and also obtain business through referrals. It was my first time attending an event organized by BNI and I was shocked to see so many business owners there. Some YB was there also for the opening ceremony.

Oh yea, one lady from Finland was there too! She commented that she never heard of any business or positive news about Malaysia in Finland. However, there are a lot of negative news about Malaysia in Finland. That's kinda sad to hear right?

SO basically, we exchange name cards throughout the event. See the amount of name cards I got in like 2 hours? lols.

Even met a manager from a company that sells abalone. Yumm yumm. Din't know abalones look like that! =X

Camera Fair at Prangin

I abandon my blog again! Anyway, was working for Sigma during the recent camera fair at prangin mall. It was way better than working for Lam Loong. They weren't so lucky this time because very few people turn up for the fair, unlike the one at gurney.

See! the place was so empty

The Chief Minister of Penang was there for the launching. I really thought this would be a huge fair with tons of people but it turned out the other way round.

A few photographers from China and Vietnam was there for the photo shoot. One of them even have a Kung Fu style of stand to increase stability. All of them were using great lenses, but are their photos as great as their lenses?

Some workshop going on, it was conducted by Mr. Steven. A so called PROFESSIONAL photographer.

Nothing interesting about him really. Not his photos, not his skills, only his firm ass.

I was so bored, i had to play the monkey pee-ing game to keep me entertained. That is Bee's iphone btw.

Yep yep..I was THAT bored.

Just Got Your Dslr? Part 1

Hello people! This is my first time posting up a tutorial on photography. In this part of 'Just Got Your Dslr?' I'll be talking on photography do and don'ts. But before that, be aware that photography is highly addictive! So be prepared to lose tons of your time (and also money).

Do and Don'ts

1. Do keep your manual with you. It will be your best friend when you screw up your new Dslr.

2. Do read up more on aperture, Iso and shutter speed. (i'll be posting about this soon)

3. Do not remove your lens unnecessarily. I know its fascinating because you can't do that on compact cams BUT if you do so, the mirror inside will be exposed to dust.

4. Do not attempt to clean the mirror by yourself, unless you really know how. (will be posting about this too!)

5. Do use your Dslr often, try to change the settings each time you shoot. EXAMPLE - moving cars, try to use slow and fast shutter speed.

6. Do press the Shutter halfway before fully pressing it down, the dumb Dslr needs to focus.

7. Buy only what you need to buy and not buy because you want to buy. Especially on accessories.

8. Do not put your speedlight(external flash) on the hotshoe when its not used. Why? because the hotshoe will be damaged. The hotshoe holding the base of the flash is so small while the flash is so freaking huge.

9. Do not hang your dslr around your neck and walk around the mall. Its not cool! Firstly, you're asking to get robbed. Secondly, your not gona use it when shopping anyway.

10. Do ASK! Ask and you shall learn.

So why are you into photography? Is it because it is a license to shoot pretty girls or because you have a passion for photography?

Troll is an internet language which refers to someone who post inflammatory comment on a blog, forum and also the oh-so-famous facebook to provoke a response.

I have not been updating my blog very often but I can see that there are many trolls visiting my blog....Or is it only one, who uses different names? No worries, will check your IP and we shall know who are you. Some of them even act as managements from a famous hotel, how more stupid can the person be?

Anyway, how do I deal with trolls? Basically, I just delete their comment and ignore. You see, there are many different type of trolls such as The Bored's, The Liars, The Confrontationalists and The Controversials just to list a few. These people are so coward that they only dare to write hateful messages behind the anonymity of the internet.

I guess people become trolls due to envy, jealousy, lifeless, insecure and stupidity. and btw, all your msges really made me laugh! Thank you so much for entertaining me especially at this time when exams are near.

Bee and I went to Hard Rock Hotel yesterday, we actually planned to go somewhere else after that but somehow we were so attracted to the hotel until we did not want to leave!

Hard Rock Tissue!

Will go there again soon with my Dad to snap some photos. I am desperate to go in the super deluxe room which costs 12xx++ per night! That room is not available for stay yet.

Did anyone watch Wimbledon men's final last night? Roger Federer defeated Andy Roddick in five sets [5-7, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (5), 3-6, 16-14]. Just look at the final set, 16-14! Crazy right? The match lasted for 4 hours and 15 minutes with 50 aces from Federer. Yea you did not read wrongly, he aced Andy Roddick for 50 times! He claimed back his world No 1 title from Rafael Nadal who did not compete in Wimbledon this year due to injury. Federer is now the most succesful player in tennis history after winning his 15th grand slam title. However, I must say that Andy Roddick really did improved a lot. His serve is really powerful and Federer had a hard time returning his services.

This is the first time my friends and I done a photoshoot at night and damn it was so hard! Everything went wrong during this photoshoot i guess? First my friend got stucked in a bad jam then my camera illuminator won't work so I can't focus and later all the speedlights keep on not flashing. However, I did learn a lot of things during this photoshoot, so yeah not really dissapointed. There are a lot of noise in all the photo because I use a very high ISO, 1250 i think and partly because of my non-full frame DSLR. We set up a total of 3 speedlights, 2 with colour gel for the background and one main light.

Sigh, the outcome ain't that nice though =(

Shoot Like A Pro Workshop.

Last Saturday I was at Louis Pang's Shoot like a pro workshop. It's actually a workshop for beginner photographers. Louis emphasized on 3 major areas which are posing, exposure and lighting during the workshop. If you have a chance to attend his workshop and interested in portraiture and wedding photography, don't think twice just register yourself! I like his style of teaching, he will explain and later he let us try it out by ourselves. In the evening we went to Convent Light Street for a photoshoot session with the models. I din't snap much as i was observing Louis' style of shooting and damn he's really good. Well, in the end of the day I learn a lot of basic but essential knowledge on photography=]

It's just 2 days away from Sunday! Why am i so excited? It's because Louis Pang, a five time Wedding and Portraiture Photographers International ( WPPI ) award winner will be conducting a workshop this Sunday! and and i'll be attending of course! Well if you haven't heard of him, you can google his name, go to his blog and admire his wonderful photos! I didn't know who he is until Matthew from click and snap told me about this workshop so i did a lil research about Louis, after reading all the feed backs he received I guess it's worth to attend his workshop...Hope I'll improve further after this workshop! Ello people, are my photos blur when you view it on my flickr slideshow? Well, it's blur because flickr enlarge the photo to fit your computer screen. Most of my photos are 1024 pixels or 800 pixels on the longest side, so for sure it's gona be blur if enlarged. Follow the steps below to disable the it alright?

Step 1

Click on Options.

Step 2

Unclick the first option and close it.

Step 3

Move your cursor up so that the annoying tool bar will disappear.

It had been quite some time since i wrote a post filled with words other than those i wrote when emo-ing, so this is gona be a post filled with words and no photos, i promise! and i won't be emo no more ! heh i love my life damn much now=P Recently, i've been very into photography..yep i did bought my dslr last year, but I haven't been using it other than to take random photos and some family occasions. Well, after my first photoshoot, i mean me as the photographer not model=X i realise that i am more interested in portraits compared to other type of photography, not really sure why though but it's really exciting to shoot with other photographers and working with different models. Not to mention, there are new challenges in every photoshoot mostly when posing the models, some models are harder to pose and in some places it's hard to compose a photo. Actually I like wedding photography, but i dare not offer myself to shoot a wedding just incase i screwed up the photos, so i guess the best solution is to shoot more portrait and treat it as a training ground for wedding photography. So that explains why i joined so many photoshoot recently, and there are more coming! Next photoshoot will be on this sunday, this is my first photoshoot with forum members actually =P I can't wait for sunday. That's all i gona write for now, do remember to comment and critic on my photos alright? Will be more than happy to read them. By the way, thank you dad for buying me so many accesories, thanks alot i promise i won't quit halfway unlike last time =P Plus, if you're looking for photographers to cover events or anything, I am willing cover any event with minimal charges except wedding for now. It's a prime lens meaning that it can't zoom, so i had to walk here and there after each shot. Are you guys aware about Earth Hour? I doubt that a lot of people know about this, or is it me who dint realize it? lols Anyway it will be held on 28th March this year. It's pretty simple, just switch off your lights from 8.30pm till 9.30 pm. Yep it's just one hour! but if each and everyone of us switch off our lights for one hour, just imagine how much electricity we can save? . According to the website, Penang bridge and Petronas twin towers will also join in earth hour this year =] and it's a worldwide thinggie. Do check out the videos in youtube, just search under earth hour 2009! and remember to turn off your lights on 28th march ! =]

Remember this post that I've posted few months ago? Back then I wished that my dad will buy me a Nikon Sb-900 speedlight. I finally got it now! Thanks dad! i love you =p I got the speedlight few days ago actually, but I was too busy to even read the user's manual, what more to blog about it? lols It's kinda huge btw, much bigger than the old Sb-800 which is now discontinued and it's really easy to use, well much easier than what I expected =X

Dad also bought me a tripod stand

At last I got my one week break! lols not to say college life ain't fun, but then it's very tiring! Did I mention that my timetable change AGAIN? Now certain days we don't have one hour lunch time anymore! only 15 minutes. Imagine 8am till 4 pm non stop lecture on Tuesdays ! On top of that there's English lesson on Tuesday =.= You know, when my English teacher speak, she doesn't stop, i think she don't have any full stop in her brain? she can like keep on talking for 15 mins. Plus she repeats everything she says again and again and again. Until now I still can remember the 40% and 60% thinggie she was talking about, she repeat that always that's why it's stucked in my brain.

So so so sorry! I kinda like abandon my blog, college life is just so damn different ! In terms of the hours of study and yeah of course, environment. Its like 8am to 4 pm okayyy? ishh Of coz there are breaks in between but still it's still long and and tomorrow i have class from like 8am till 6pm? The last sub for tomorrow is Physics ! I am so gona be fishing during lecture tomorrow, don't blame me for that, blame the lecturer! His voice is like sleeping pills, maybe even more effective than that! but but his teaching is not so bad. Know what? We still need to study moral, damn it ler. That sub is just so damn useless and boring k! exactly like our government. Luckily our moral teacher is very funny or else everyone will end up sleeping yet again, she looks like big mama btw minus some of the fats. This morning, everyone was like wearing superman shirt, S for SAM huh? lols Anyway i think i got to go now, before i start diu-ing people here! bad mood now =.=

Went to Disted for Orientation this morning. Quite a number of my school mates also enrolled there, but sadly most of them took A levels. Frankly, the orientation was boring especially during the talks! They used a projector in the field , how do they expect people to see huh? lols The treasure hunt was rather fun. Stayed there during new year eve, ntg much to write actually. Gurney was rather the same on that day, kinda quiet tho ! thanks to the stupid police. Ate dinner with my friends and later on we had to leave Gurney Plaza as it's closing, and again the stupid security guard aka dogs annoyed me. They can't speak properly you see, they need to blow their stupid whistle as if the shoppers are dogs. The other time was during the bridal show, the idiotic guard blocked me. Again it is 31st December already, the last day of the year. Time pass really very very fast and next year or should i say next week, I need not wake up 7 in the morning to go school but instead 9 to go college. Throughout the whole of this year, 2008 I learned a lot of things and also did tons of mistakes that made me a better person. For me,this year is really a year filled with ups and downs, where things really happen unexpectedly.Well, sometimes when i think back, i thought of things that regret of, like not studying harder to get better results, doing things that i should not do, and trusting some people that are not worth trusting. I created this blog 5 months back, thanks to Gim Chuan, who is my partner in crime! syok rite pranking people? lols. At first, i was not so interested in blogging. Typing what I did everyday and uploading pic is just so mahuan but after a while I kinda like blogging, it's very interesting to know that friends and enemies are reading my blog, but they just kept quiet about it. I started to love photography not long after that, and i luaned my dad to get me a dslr. Honestly, i never own a point and shoot camera before, i usually only use my phone camera before I got my dslr. Not long after i got my dslr, it was SPM ! ahhh all i wana say bout that is i tried my best! so whatever result I get I'll just accept it and study harder next year in college =X pheww, anyway I was kinda happy that I was not selected for NS ! 3 months being botak, no pork, no internet, everything marching, no dslr, no tv and living in a jungle for 3 freaking months, I rather die wei !Sad to say, after SPM everything changed, but i am glad that it did changed. I realized that even adults don't have a well developed brain, you see these kinda people just know how to side their children without finding out the truth, or is it they do know the truth but dare not accept it? haha. Anyway, there's a person that i got to know this year and it's like i already know the person for years.lyf. Well, i shall not elaborate more on this as the person wants to remain anonymous. Alright alright, i think that's all I am gona write in this last post of year 2008! i know i am bad at writting, that's why most of my post only have photos! still i hope that you enjoy reading my post and continue visiting my blog more often next year! =] Happy New Year 2009!

Haven't been updating these few days, I was busy searching for information regarding my tertiary education. Seriously, having a headache wei ! I don't know which course to choose not to mention considering the pros and cons of the courses. How I wish I am now in kindergarten huh? everyday wake up, eat, shit, do some simple work like A for ang-mor-tan, eat, shit again and sleep. Sigh, anyway I need to make decision very soon and I hope that I won't make a wrong one =/ By the way, I do think that January intake is abit too rush, anyone agree with me on this?

I wish I can get this speedlight soon ! daddy, are you reading this? LOL It's kinda expensive but I am sure it's worth it. Well, I don't think there are any other speedlights from Nikon to choose from as Nikon SB 800 has been discontinued. Others like SB 400 and SB 600 are abit on the low end side. This speedlight will surely help as my D80's ISO is abit kinda the low plus my exposures will not be disturbed when taking photos of fashion shows where all the photographers use flash. So anyone wana get me this speedlight? i'll love you till death i promise =X

This year prom was held at G-Hotel. Overall, prom was just okay nothing much to write about. The decoration was kinda classy and nice but the food are very disappointing and terrible. I had to leave prom early due to some personal reasons, but then I heard that Yew Jia was nominated as prom king and Yew Lyn,prom queen. Congrats to them. Sorry for the lack of photos, I din't bring my Dslr to prom.

Went to Gurney Plaza just now to shoot photographs of Blissful Bridal Show. I went there under PGN Nikon Club. If you are using a Nikon Dslr, feel free to join this club ! The members are very friendly and humble =]

Look at those Dslr so big, so nice ! I feel that my Dslr is like so small when I shoot with them.

and here's the stupid guard, he keep on blocking me! He don't understand human language you see. I asked him/it to move away but he keep on standing on the same spot. This explains why all my photos today are portrait and not landscape.

On the right is the designer I think, and on the left is the boss or something. They announce everything in mandarin, I don't understand a single word =.=

I realized that the Christmas decoration in Queensbay is way better than Gurney's Christmas decoration. It's quite a while I haven't been to Queens as it is kinda far from my house and not to mention the eye sore I get looking at the way people dress themselves there! So lala-ish.

We had lunch at Dragon-I. The food there ain't bad but it's a bit too expensive, maybe because of the shop rental?

In case you don't know, a lot of things happened these few days after SPM. Frankly, I glad it did happen cause after that incident, i knew who my real friends are and who are my ''fake'' friends are. Well, I also can see that a few of my so called friends have no balls. I am very sure some of you might think I am wrong because my mom and I decided to confront his mom and tell her about her son's problem with me. If you have the brains and you are a true friend like some, you should listen to both sides before opening your gap and talk crap behind my back. So yeah, I admit I din't keep in touch with my school friends after SPM because I was busy with my personal things and here I will clarify what really happened, well of course you can choose not to believe me and believe that liar, you yourself knows better rite? Let's name this guy Mr. B, for umm ball-less? Mr. B owe me alot of money since middle of the year, when I say a lot it doesn't mean few hundred bucks. Few hundred bucks is just a small sum of money. This guy promised to pay me back before SPM which he din't and when I confronted him he told me before SPM, he will return me a few hundred bucks first, so I agreed. A few days before SPM ends, and yet I dint get my few hundred bucks, so I confronted him again. Guess what he told me? he said it's SPM now, why do I need money for? For your info, its my money when I want it back as promised I don't have to explain to you rite? You should be thankful that I borrowed you money and save your ass. After I told the mum, the next day the mum and him, came to my hse. She claimed that her son doesn't want to admit that he play and he owe me money. She raised her voice so of course I shouted back, well don't think that because your an adult I am scared of you, you are nothing but a piece of shit. Don't come and speak to my mum as if my mum have no brains to think whether you are lying or not. You said u gave your son RM 3 and a bottle of water to school every day for 3 times, exactly the same word and your son doesn't know how to gamble? HAHA up to you to believe ler aunty, wait i mean shit head. My mom doesn't want to argue a lot because she thinks that the mum is protecting her son and there's is no point arguing. So they walk off, without paying me a single cent. This is just part of the story, there are still alot but I can't post it out because of some personal reasons and this is a public blog. It's okay, if money is what you need? then you, Mr B can keep the money =] no worries karma will bite you back. And I am already enjoying looking at your mother who protected you because she was influenced by your malicious lie getting more and more worried =]

This morning I sat for Chemistry paper, overall it was okay la, not as bad as i thought it would be. Please take note that I do not know who this crazy bitch is and I think stealing my picture is a very rude and unethical thing to do. The last day of my high school life.

On 5th of January 2004, it was the first time I entered a secondary school, St. Xavier's Institution. I still remembered clearly, on that day we gathered at the school hall, line up according to our classes and later the head prefect brought us around the school. After a week or so, we had to make a decision on which uniform unit to join. If I am not mistaken, I can't make a decision on which uniform unit to join, I was considering Scouts or maybe Boy's Brigade. Luckily, I made up my mind and I joined the Scouts. I never regret my decision on joining the Scouts movement, thanks to all my super super seniors, I learn a lot of new skills and I really had tons of fun throughout the years as a scout.

This morning was the last day for us Form 5 students as we were given about 2 weeks of study leave. So yeah, after 5 years of sweet and awful memories we're finally out of school! Seriously, I had a mix feeling today. I felt happy that I don't have to wake up freaking early in the morning, follow stupid school rules, cannot bring cell phone to school, etc etc but on the other hand, I was sad as some of my friends would be leaving Malaysia to further their studies or maybe some will end up in different colleges, no more having fun together with classmates, no more pendidikan jasmani together, no more giving teacher nicknames, and much much more crazy things that we do!

ahhhh! At last , after 2 weeks and 2 days of trials ! it's finally over! bio 2 was the last paper, sucks tho =/ anyway it's been while that i din't really write a proper post huh? sry sry readers =) was busy ''studying''. I was kinda happy to see the visit counter increasing even i din't update much, thanks for visiting my blog people! bt bt please do leave a comment before you leave okayy? =) The first week was kinda relaxing cause it's only the languages paper bt the second week is totally the opposite of da first one! one whole week of science papers ! aiks..so yeah i m glad its over ! Guess what! i checked da NS thinggie yesterday and yay! i dun have to go for the stupid national service by the ministry of defence. Go there and they teach you how to use c4 bomb other ppl huh? =P Well, the list will be coming out in the newspapers tomorrow as i heard..sooo i pray hard that the sms they sent to me was true not a mistake! hahha Nonetheless, i m more relieved after both the number i smsed to ( 15888 & 33995 ) replied me saying that i need not go. I really cant imagine staying 3 months in some forest full of shit, staying with those malay freaks, eating all da tasteless and cheap food, no teevee, no handphone, everyday marching, botak, no internet, but most of all 3 months din eat babi..where can la? =/ can send roasted pork to da camp? lols =P

Went to botanical gardens yesterday to take attendance for the cross country thinggie...then PONTENG! lols Gabriel drove us to netcity as conway ( snooker centre ) is still closed.

It's my first time playing counter strike ! ahh kena bully by my friends =.= bt still i managed to kill some =P

then we headed to Conway to play snooker. Kinda long time din play snooker d! but overall is fun wei =)

and we watched Batman! lols at last I get to watch it ! It's not as good as wat i expected bt not bad the the movie...why so serious? xP After movie we rushed to the toilet to do our business ( cinema damn cold =.= ) then go makan at Chilli's. The price there damn kia lang ! but the food is just okok nia =X
